Simon Browner qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and has been practicing Law ever since.
He was a partner in a Plymouth firm for many years and has specialised in civil litigation and dispute resolution for most of his professional life. His current workload includes contractual disputes, employment tribunals, debt recovery, contentious probate, landlord and tenant issues and professional negligence claims.
Simon is a highly experienced Solicitor with a personable style of giving expert, no-nonsense advice. This, together with his resolute approach has been a determining factor in bringing a substantial number of our clients’ matters to a successful conclusion without the need for Court Proceedings.
When time allows, he enjoys spending time walking the family’s golden retriever. He still plays squash and takes part in historic motor sport with his classic car.
